For sale as it's now surplus to requirements, my 1998 ZX6R is an ideal first big bike or cheap sportsbike. Mechanically it's spot on - the engine has just had fresh oil and a filter 500 miles back, the brakes were fitted with new seals a while back (an expensive job on these - 12 pistons to sort!) and the chain and sprockets are only 1000 or so miles old. Braided brakes hoses are fitted too, and the suspension all works properly (it's also been setup as per Performance Bikes magazine's setup for this specific bike). A road-legal Micron end can is fitted, and the tyres are both close to new. It has a 12 month MOT to back it up too. Cosmetically it's less good - it's by no means shabby, but the top fairing has been damaged at some point and been repaired. The paint quality is good, but a shade different. All of the other panels and the tank are very good with the odd mark here and there, but no big scuffs or dings to speak of.
